Our Head Chef Tuomo Kallo from the village of Kallo in Kittilä brings a touch of his own roots to every dish. His approach to food is based on the riches of northern nature, the taste of which he enhances by bringing out the best in choice local ingredients. Milja Reijonen is an award-winning bartender and passionate sommelier. She received awards in the 2023 Lapin Drinkkimestari competition for the most innovative Kyrö drink and the best Finlandia drink. Her award-winning cocktail contained, among other things, lichen absorbed in a Turkish pepper broth. Milja’s extensive wine list and innovative drinks are perfectly paired with the food, adding to your taste enjoyment.
